The entire pool shell — concrete, gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl — is broken up, removed from your property, and hauled to an approved disposal or recycling facility. The excavation is then backfilled in compacted lifts and graded level. Full removal gives you complete flexibility: you can build over the area, add an ADU, pour a concrete pad, or simply landscape. It costs more upfront, but there are zero future restrictions on the land. - Partial Pool Removal (Engineered Backfill / Cave-In Method):
The top portion of the pool shell is demolished and the remaining structure is perforated for drainage. The void is then filled with gravel, clean fill dirt, and compacted in layers. This method is faster and more affordable than full removal, making it the most popular choice for homeowners who simply want to reclaim their yard and eliminate maintenance costs. Note: Clark County may restrict building permits over a partially removed pool area, so discuss your future plans with us before choosing this method.

Step-1: Free On-Site Estimate: We visit your property, assess the pool size, construction type, access, and site conditions, and provide a clear written quote with no hidden fees. Most estimates are scheduled within a few days.
Step-2: Permit Procurement: Clark County and all Las Vegas-area municipalities require a demolition permit for inground pool removal. We pull all required permits and handle the paperwork on your behalf.
Step-3: Pool Draining & Utility Disconnection: We drain the pool in compliance with local water disposal regulations, then safely disconnect and cap all plumbing, gas, and electrical lines serving the pool and equipment pad.
Step-4: Pool Demolition: Using excavators and hydraulic breakers, we break apart the pool shell. Whether your pool is concrete/gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl liner, we have the right equipment and experience for it.
Step-5: Debris Hauling & Recycling: All demolished material — concrete, rebar, steel, fiberglass — is hauled from your property to licensed disposal or recycling facilities. We leave your yard clean.
